Temporary housing for your employees for the duration of a project is an extremely easy and cost-effective solution! We know the needs of our clients, and our apartments always have everything one needs to settle in as if they were at home.

We will not make you pay hidden charges. Our apartments always come fully equipped and include Wi-Fi, utility fees (water and electricity), home insurance, linen and towels, and final cleaning. As a business client, you will not be charged a rent deposit, either!

Flexible registration

We understand that guests may arrive at housing destinations any time, day or night. We will arrange a key handover whenever necessary, even if it is in the middle of the night.

Our guests do not need to go shopping first thing, because our apartments always include a starting kit of essential consumer products.

WLAN

We believe that Internet access is a human right in today’s network-based society. Therefore, all of our apartments include a fast wireless network at all times.

Linen

Guests do not need to carry their own linen and towels, as these are always included in the standard equipment of our apartments.

Quality beds

A good night’s sleep is everything when it comes to staying energetic! We only use a bed model we trust to ensure all our guests get a good night’s sleep.

Cleaning and maintenance services

Our apartments always include intermediary and final cleanings. The only chores left for our guests are doing the dishes and taking out the trash. We will take care of the rest!

Equipment in the apartments

All of our furnished apartments are designed, furnished, and equipped with comfortable lodging in mind. Our apartments do not lack anything needed for home-like living. The only thing guests need to bring are their own personal items.

All of our furnished apartments are fully equipped, including quality beds, linen and bedding, hand and bath towels, flatscreen TV, microwave oven, coffeemaker, kettle, everything needed for cooking and eating, final cleaning, utility fees (water and electricity), and home insurance.
